On Friday 15th May, we are teaming up with House of Trax for a special one-off show at Bar A Bar in Stoke Newington, London. We are joining together to launch Air Max ‘97’s debut European tour with his first UK headline show.

Since breaking through with his widely supported ‘Progress and Memory’ EP last year, Air Max ’97 has carved out a reputation for his distinctive brand of inventive club tracks. Fusing elements of ballroom, house, techno and grime with precision and finesse, his follow-up ‘Fruit Crush’ EP and the more recent ‘World Series Vol.6’ EP for Trax Couture have continued to turn heads, picking up a flood of international support in the process. Bringing the same genre-spanning approach to his DJ sets, Air Max ‘97’s 90-minute set promises to be an energetic blend of the best global club sounds.

Air Max ’97 will be joined by Her Records label heads Miss Modular and Sudanim, who will be playing a back-to-back set. As well as being at the helm of one of the most exciting labels around, these two have proved their respective talents time and again with a slew of warped club tracks. Cherry-picking the best underground sounds from both sides of the Atlantic, you can expect an eclectic selection of upfront, high-octane club material.
